In most cases specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery windows could be up to 10, 15 or even 30 days or longer. Customers must have a clear understanding and written confirmation of the pick-up and delivery windows before hiring a moving company. If you need your property by a certain date, then you must receive written confirmation of the delivery dates or window from the moving company before you hire them. Do not accept verbal promises of delivery dates. You must receive confirmation of delivery dates in writing.
